The Hotel Verlaine**** is an intimate hotel with 46 rooms , located just steps from the Croisette (58 Boulevard d’Alsace, 06400 Cannes ), where the lively pace of Cannes softens to give way to a Mediterranean garden bathed in natural light. It offers a different way to experience Cannes, in complete serenity, combining comfort with the gentle Mediterranean lifestyle. Housed in a carefully restored 19th-century residence, the rooms tell a story of color and light, each floor revealing its own unique atmosphere and personality. A palette of natural tones, authentic materials, and carefully chosen details creates an atmosphere that encourages exploration, connection, and meaningful encounters.

A unique signature, the vision of a group

We fell in love with the hotel, its unique character, its service, its elegant design… Every detail is thoughtfully considered to invite guests to relax and unwind. A former Belle Époque mansion, it features 46 rooms and suites spread across the four-story main building and its annex, called L’Atelier. Inspired by jungle motifs, graphic art, and butterflies, all rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with a minibar, safe, free internet access, and a flat-screen TV. Bathrooms include hairdryers, bathrobes, large towels, and NUXE toiletries. A true haven of well-being, where Mediterranean charm reigns supreme, the Hotel Verlaine also boasts a private, shaded patio, far removed from the hustle and bustle of the city. The hotel also offers a bar, a meeting room, and private parking, catering to both leisure and business travelers.

Solestia does not intend to stop there. In a development strategy, and after the acquisition of its first hotels, the group also plans, during 2026, the opening of the Posidonia**** hotel and the Sacha restaurant in the heart of Nice and currently under construction.
