EIFFEL TOWER CREATION

It was with enthusiasm that Tiphaine Boucleinville-Cardona, flavorist at DAMMANN Frères, took part in the creative game to imagine a tea dedicated to the Eiffel Tower.

Creator of scented teas for over 70 years with the creation of the first modern flavored tea  Russian taste Douchka , at DAMMANN Frères, we like to think that our profession in creating scented blends is close to that of perfumers. For each imagined recipe, you need a perfect knowledge of the aromatic qualities of each tea but also of the scents and flavors of each fruit, each spice, each flower.

Thus, the balance of a recipe is achieved with the mastery of these combinations between tea, essential oils, spices and aromas so that it is harmonious, seductive when breathing dry leaves, like tasting an infusion. and greedy.

Tiphaine worked on her Eiffel Tower tea project, like a nose in perfumery for its seduction and like a pastry chef for its gourmet balance in the cup.
