“Buying or selling a property abroad is never just a transaction. Behind every project, there’s a family, a life change, very practical questions, and often a lot of emotion. The Costa del Sol enjoys a particularly favorable Mediterranean climate, with more than 300 days of sunshine per year. Entrepreneurs who prioritize people over business deals
Signature Properties and CAFÉ are based on a shared philosophy :
- Putting human relationships back at the heart of client support.
- Far from a purely transactional approach, the founders prioritize an approach based on active listening, transparency, and an understanding of their clients’ life goals.
- This vision is in line with the personal journey of Estelle Cocomazzi, co-founder of the project.
- After living in Brussels for more than forty years, she moved to Estepona on the Costa del Sol. With a degree in communications and marketing, she managed several daycare centers in Belgium for over fifteen years before turning to luxury real estate.
- She co-founded Signature Properties with her partner Will and now assists an international clientele—primarily French- and Dutch-speaking—with their real estate projects in Spain.
- At the same time, she is involved in the creation of CAFÉ to build a network of French-speaking entrepreneurs in Andalusia.
